BRITTANY PETERSON
Multi-Site Community Manager
Brittany joined the team in 2022 after spending 8 years in the property management industry. She has experience overseeing a multitude of mixed-use properties in the greater Seattle area. Her passion is in the heart of the city and loves developing communities that can take advantage of all that Seattle has to offer.
She moved to the pacific northwest from northern California after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing. She loves the outdoors whether it is skiing, biking, hiking, or simply enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds Seattle.
In 2021, Brittany earned her CAM certification and plans on continuing her education to achieve a CAPS certificate in 2022. She is dedicated to never stop learning, adapting, and growing with the ever-changing real estate market.
JOSÉ ROSILES
Maintenance Supervisor
José is the Maintenance Supervisor at Dunn Motors building where his dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship and his commitment to building lasting relationships ensure that our buildings are maintained to the highest standards.
Originally from Mexico, José established his home in Washington State several years ago. In his spare time, he enjoys maintaining his personal garden and relaxing with his family. With over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry, José’s presence and expertise make him a valueable asset to our team.
Olivia Melher
Multi-Site Leasing Consultant
Olivia joined the team as our Multi-site Leasing Consultant in 2025. With a robust background in sales, her expertise are perfectly matched to elevate the leasing experience for Hunters Capital residents.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Olivia loves traveling, playing games, and has even started taking on photography. She’s always eager to learn new things and is beyond excited to learn, grow, and contribute to the Hunters Capital community.
Melissa Barajas
Lease-Up Comunity Manager
Melissa joined Hunters Capital in January 2022 as an Assistant Community Manager. Melissa started her residential property management career with Avenue 5 and specializes in leasing. As a Capitol Hill resident she is thrilled to welcome people home to her neighborhood. For Melissa, fostering relationships and strong connections with residents, coworkers, and vendors is pivotal to her success.
As a first-generation immigrant, Melissa spent time in Mexico before moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2005. From 2020 to 2021, she dipped her toes into entrepreneurship by starting her own residential and commercial Insurance Agency. In 2021, she moved on from her business to further her career in the property management industry. When she is not in the mountains with her dog Odie, she can be found in the gym or at her favorite hot yoga studio.
Brigitt Harmon
Assistant Community Manager
Brigitt began her career in Property Management in 2020 and has been growing ever since. Her skills in customer service, leasing, and event planning have her ready to bring the utmost value to Hunters Capital residents. Brigitt is continually looking to grow professionally and see what each chapter of her life will bring.
Born and raised in Washington, Brigitt has a profound appreciation for nature and the scenic landscapes of her home state. She grew up loving the outdoors and can be found camping, dirt biking, and hiking in her spare time. She enjoys exploring Seattle’s beautiful parks and fulfills her role as a dedicated aunt to her niece and nephew.
Brigitt believes that upholding a high standard of integrity reflects on her commitment to honesty, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of her work.
